I don't think I can. The two trails near me are on city land and are maintained by the same local group that has built connections with those city park systems(or something like that). They have signs posted about legal trouble or something if you change anything out there. Those last two sentences in particular, though, do make me feel like a moron for not just finding myself some vacant land somewhere and heading out with a shovel. That's exactly what I would have done when I was twelve. Why the hell don't I think like that anymore? Then I just have to hope I don't break something serious while I'm out there since I'd be alone.
