No, my first mistake was releasing any albums after 1992's "The Chronic". The hologram technology was awesome. 1 step closer to Star Wars.

(Also, the reason that I chose Dr.Dre was because it was the first thing that came to mind when bikeforums asked me to choose a user name, and when I typed Dr.Dre and it was available, I was so ecstatic that it didn't even cross my mind to come up with a more fitting name.)

So, what I have gathered from all of this, is that preference alone dictates the size frame you get.

The frame came today, it fits just the way I like it. I am not planning on doing track racing (obviously), and I therefore had no intention of going with drops. I am just going with a straight across, or maybe a pursuit handlebar.

Like Scrod said, the Kilo was measured from the center. Before I got back on here, when I physically measured it, I was like, "Sheeeeeei........ Way bigger than I thought". However, I compared it to my Gitane and the Kilo is a little shorter with roughly the same seat tube measurement, just with a more agressive geometry. Awesome. So, before I packed it up and said screw it, I put the wheels on (gingerly) and was able to stand flat footed no problem with a little clearance. I have very long legs.

Lesson learned. In the future I will be probably go with a 55 or 56 to have some more seatpost showing, but in this case, I lucked out.

Thank you everybody.
