What did you expect the seller to do?
He took pictures, showed the damage and you bought it. What else did you expect? You bid on it twice, at least. That would be the end of the story in a just world. Maybe you feel entitled, I don't know.
This place needs a dose of reality. We've all had buyers remorse. Live with it instead of whining.
