just to add to what i previously said...

the frame may not be a total loss. as someone else mentioned, a BB can have fairly large chunks taken out (in the form of logos and vent holes of various styles), therefor it might still be structurally sound. i would contact the seller and tell him that you are having the thing checked out. if it turns out to be fine structurally and you can live with the cosmetic ugliness, then try to work out a partial refund. if he turns out to be a complete jerk, file a claim. you have a little bit of time before you can no longer put in a claim, no need to file before contacting the seller, he may be more than willing to work with you. the claim can also be for a partial refund vs full return. unlike some have stated, on a return, you get the shipping you paid initially and the cost of the return, you do not absorb any of that.
