If the shop has one identical spoke but its just too long by a few mm , you should be able to get it cut down by a well equipped shop. If the spoke is just a couple of mm or so too long, and it tensions down properly without running out of threads but it pokes through the nipple, it really isn't a big deal to just use a dremel tool and grind off the excess.
