This is our favorite century. We ride this one every year for the last 24 years and it is indeed flat. According to this route map it's about 3500 vert ft gain/loss.

There are much flatter centuries though, like the Seacoast Centuty in New Hampshire by the Granite State Wheelmen club. I think that one is about 1100 vert feet, almost totally flat. We've riden The Seacoast on the tandem too
