Yes I believe all of his new wheels will be moving to 23mm. It has been quite a while since I've SMS chatted with Sean but the last time I did his plan was to have a new CA5.0 in 2012 with a wider width and a black coating on the brake track so it would be a unified black look rather than the black faring and silver brake track.
Edit: yea new stuff is coming...and is 23mm wide...I'm chatting with Sean currently.
