I've used the Tifosi Fototecs, nice glasses. One of the few 'roadie' things I indulge in. Safety glasses might work, but bike glasses are designed to keep the wind out of your eye. If saftey glasses work, more power to you. If not, I would 'indulge' in some road glasses. I can't speak from experience, but what I'm reading about Oakley here makes them worth a look.
