Bikes: Too many! Santana tandems and triplet; MTBs; touring bikes

@msvphoto, what size is your headtube? If it's an early 80s Santana, I'm guessing it's a 1-inch quill? I have two OEM Santana 1.25" threadless steel forks (sized for small frames) that I'd be happy to sell, but I don't think they will work on your bike. (You mention 1-1/8 and 1-1/4.) Let us know for sure what your steerer tube measures.

For brakes, I'd run front and rear on separate levers, and control the drum with a separate shifter. Makes it easier to take the drum on/off, too, if you aren't riding in big hills.
