Greensburg is a stop on Amtrak's
Pennsylvanian line (trains 42/43.) The Pennsylvanian
does not have checked baggage service nor roll-on bike service, so the only bikes you can bring on board are folding bikes. This train runs from Pittsburgh to NYC via Philadelphia, so it's not a real option coming from the west.
