Did you pay by credit card? If so, call your credit card company. You can file a "chargeback" against the seller. The credit card company, if it approves your chargeback, will refund you at the seller's expense.

I'd do this if the seller doesn't take good care of you. It might be worth the phone call to walk through the process to make sure you put together your documentation correctly.
