Some frame geometries will not be exact from what they label the size as and what the actual seat tube length is. I didn't see the exact geometry for this bike, but the 55cm could be from center of bottom bracket to top of seat tube, while the 52cm could be center of bottom bracket to center of top tube. I have never seen a mfg label their frame size from the length of the top tube.
