Interesting that "reading Bicycling Magazine" didn't make the list -- it's happened to me, but not in the last 30 years.
About 10 years ago, I fell over in traffic while trying to track stand with panniers. That was embarrassing. I felt bad about it because I scratched a car on the way down. The driver didn't even care about his car. He just wanted to make sure I was OK.
