3) don't neglect the beef fat. Oh Lo'd do I love the beef fat! I like to make shredded beef and keep all the fatty pieces to eat for a high cal snack. Good with Coke for some reason.
4) if in a bind without meat to eat, find a vegan.
Sorry guys, we evolved to eat meat, too. Ask our cousins the chimps (who are also tasty with Coke).
I know you were being sarcastic but apart from the cola that was a good diet. And the Vegan of course.
I doubt that you have eaten it though but I have. As a clarification the raw part is important if you want to get by without vegetables and as another clarification I DO eat my vegetables and I'm not realy reccomending a diet without them.
EDIT: I have heard that a raw animal food diet can give you a lot of umpha and make it hard to sit around but I haven't heard that it makes you angry.
