the problem I have it is a safety issue. People in So Cal can't seem to drive in the rain and I don't want to be road kill. I would rather live to ride another day.
I hate riding in the rain, but if I'm caught in it, I'll finish the ride depending on how hard it's raining. My main issue with riding in the rain is also a safety issue. We have enough cycle related deaths in Florida on dry pavement, let alone with idiots on the road who forget how to drive in the rain.
