Obviously it's not easy to actually fully 'prove' that someone is doping, if they are.
Even Virenque... after his team was caught with a huge amount of drugs, and the rest of the team admitted, he was 'clean' for a few years until he finally admitted himself.
They can only catch a small number of cheaters.
I mean would you say the same about baseball? A sport with a total joke of a testing program? "Bonds never tested positive, so he must be clean."
I have to wonder the mentality of those people. They are not happy with the result of investigation, so come here to convince people Lance is guilty of doping.
