Agreed. Aside from Mt. Washington, I'd think the only other HC climb in the East is on Mt. Mitchell, North Carolina. I've never done it, but it's suppossedly a "shoot me now" type climb. I think it's more endless then it is steep though.



That might be true, but you're forgetting about the 30mph winds that usually are swirling around up there. That slows you down somewhat, and helps put you squarely into the "I'm afraid I'm not going to die" category.
