I have a pair of bib shorts with a thicker pad but it seems like it would be hot to wear them when the temps are warm. I will just rely on a few more bike rides to get used to it, haha. I know one thing, my knees are a bit bad with some minor arthritis and this ride today seemed to have done them good That is a great thing because they get to bothering me at times.
