I'm 26 and I know all about these because I spent 3 years of my life using/working with these. Ever been to a Starbucks?

Back OT - Do actual "vintage" pumps hold up fairly well over the years, or can you replace the seals in them? I've never come across an older one (or really looked, yet, it's kind of low on my list), but I know even on newer ones they really lack the high pressure capability but I figured this was because of size.
