Right now, it's stock, except for the Shimano pedals and the Cane Creek replica hoods. The tires are 1 1/8 Pasellas. The saddle is the black Fujita Belt with the green synthetic inner liner. As others have said, this bike rides very, very smoothly (the axle to axle distance is 106cm). It shifts nicely and even the centerpull brakes work acceptably. I really like it. PG
