No. But they all appeared to have greater clearance then bikes where I have fitted 700x28 tires. I'd be happy to bet money that you could fit a 700x28 on any of the bikes I listed...

having helped scores of people look for the widest tire that would fit underneath standard reach brakes, and actually gone to the trouble of mounting tires to their rims and trying to stuff them on their bikes, remain doubtful of claims 700x28 fit well on the bikes listed. often times the critical space on many bikes is between rear wheel and seattube.
How many scores? Do you even know how large a score is? Your claim that the rear wheel to seat tube clearance is the critical one makes me question your claim. In my experience, the critical dimension for fitting a 700x28 on a modern endurance/plush bike like the ones I listed is usually whether you can squeeze the tire past the brake pads.

Rear wheel to seat tube clearance is more likely to be a problem on a racing bike, which is not what I was talking about.

its funny how the custom carbon manufacturers of audax, rando and adventure touring bikes are gravitating towards long reach brakes, isn't it? must be purely a coincidence.
Of course it's not coincidence, though I could see how someone with your... intellect... might think so. Those bikes are clearly targeted at a market where fenders, or tires wider than 28mm are a priority. Thus the need for long-reach brake calipers.
