Turned 50 back in March. Glad to see a forum for this group. I started riding back in my mid 40's, and have noticed a definite difference this past year or so. Slowing down fer sure

But, forging onward regardless. Wish me luck as I am off to Chattanooga this Saturday for the annual 3 State 3 Mountain Century. Have done it the last 2 years, and really only worried about the formidable Burkhalter Gap climb to the top of Lookout Mtn. Ugh that is steep.
