I use the bike pump on Kennington road but my arms are knackered after a min and can only get it to 80psi.
Maybe I should use a track pump at a shop.
Strange question indeed.
Where is this road? What sort of pump is it? Why is there a pump on the road??
Google provides some light.

100 psi should not require too much effort with a large pump (like a floor pump).
I suspect your technique is off (or the pump is bad or your tire valves are not open or stuck).
You can use your body weight to bottom-out the plunger and go slow and steady (don't try to rush it).
If you have thin valves on your tires (presta), make sure you open them and tap the valve to let some air out.
