I bought it covered with dust at a garage sale with flat tires and a rusty chain. Clarify: the bike is not 'locked', just the lock is fastened around the frame, not put back in the plastic clamp where it belonged. Guess I'll use an abrasive wheel.

Was hoping to salvage the lock somehow.
