It would help us a lot here if you could tell us where the holes occurred on the tubes.

If the holes are occurring on the back side of the tube then you got an issue with your rim strip. That's a cheap and easy DIY repair.

If the holes are occurring randomly, in no particular area, the LBS may have sold you bad tubes.

If the holes are occurring in the same area on the top of the tube then you have something stuck in the tire that's poking it. Find the object and remove it.

If you have the holes occurring on the side of the tube in the same area, it could be from something stuck in the sidewall of the tire poking your tube, maybe a piece of the beading is intruding inward poking the tube, or maybe you have a damaged rim with a slight nick of metal poking at the tube. A nick rim is easy to fix just run a fine file over it to take the sharp edge off. If the bead has a problem you might be able to cut the offending obtrusion off the bead. If something is stuck in the sidewall then just pull it out.

If something is stuck in the tire it's not all that difficult to find it, either look real closely at the outside and the inside of the tire in the area where the hole occurs on the tube, then see if you can feel anything, if those methods fail take a cloth rag and run it on the inside of the tire of that area and see if the rag catches, or drags on something.
