I'm willing to bet that 18" Jamis Commuter 3 will most likely fit.

Also, I'd like for you to consider the Schwinn City IG8. Most likely the women's model will fit. However, if it doesn't, you can always ride the men's model. Besides, women riding men's bikes always look sexier anyways
