It looks like I should park somewhere between Maple Falls and Glacier. (Ideally I should spend the night and ride more miles, but I have plans the next morning.)

Getting the marker to the end of the road without confusing Google was a pain in the ass, but I think I've figured the trick out. This is profoundly helpful!

Any guess how I might go about getting an elevation profile? I'm looking at the route with the "terrain" map, and it's got contour lines if I zoom in enough, but then I have to scroll around to see the ride, and I'm still guestimating. Basically, it looks like it'll be mostly flat through the Nooksack Valley and most of the climbing is at the end, which isn't a huge surprise.

If I tell it I want bike directions, it shows me some trails I didn't know about. I'm not sure you can really bike on a lot of them, but if it's right about any, I need a mountain bike.
