I met with him 3 years ago and got fitted for Ti frame. He was having "issues" with his Ti welder (apparently he does his own CrMo brazing but outsources his Ti welding, nothing wrong with that, even Tom Kellogg of Spectrum does that), but there were delays and promises made and broken, I ended up asking for my deposit back which he agreed to.
