How much should a Univega Supra Sport bare frame be worth?

I'm looking at a nice Univega Supra Sport frame.

Paint is nice, some chips/scratches. The tubing decals are missing.

It was a fixie and needs to be converted back.

There are no downtube brazeons, i'm not sure if there ever were, did this bike use clamp-on downtube shifters? The rear derailleur braze on is present. There is a little diamond lug on the bottom of the downtube where the shifters would normally be. I don't see the side lugs for downtube shifters.

The rear derailleur hanger is present.

There is no on the BB for a cable guide mounting bolt. Did this bike not use a cable guide or am I missing something?

There are no brakes at all.

It has a fixie style handlebar.

The BB is a goner. The BB spindle has play on it but the non-drive side crank arm also has a lot more play in it on the end, the square must be rounded off. The seller admitted to replacing the non-drive crank arm and it didn't cure that problem.

How much should I expect to pay for a nice clean fixer upper frame? It needs nearly everything short of the seat tube/seat and stem to be made whole again. Heck, I might even find an inexpensive flip-flop wheelset and throw it on to see if I like it but I really am more intent on converting it back to geared.

Sorry, no pics.
