I haven’t really played with the uplink stuff too much. That really doesn’t interest me that much. I keep my own training logs and make my training decisions base on that.

As far as your increased speed goes. I’d double check that you put in the right number to calibrate your wheel. You could have had a greater tailwind or less of a head wind then what you’re use to. I know the first time out with my Camelbak I was averaging 3mph higher than normal. Turns the winds were just blowing a different direction than the norm.

The Polar cs200 will also stop calculating your average speed once you stop if you have the auto-start function activated. It will only calculate your “ride time” for your average speed. That could account for a higher average.
