Bikes: Bacchetta Agio, 80s Raleigh Record single-speed, Surly Big Dummy

+1 on the bar-ends. I just put a set of Ergon GC3s on my Big Dummy, and it's more comfortable. Adding those to flat bars is a little pricey, but cheaper than switching to drop bars.
