crazy! I also am in to find out how he makes copper do that...I also thought it was some kind of shrink-tubing. BTW, there is some extreme shrink tubing used to tighten hoses on fittings under the hood (cars) without using hose clamps...might be overkill on handlebars and wrap.

There might have been a Huret on it originally, but would have been a much earlier model (maybe a Svelto or Alvit) nothing as modern as this Eco-or-Duo item.
