Both are great hi-performance steel formulations with very similar tube thickness. Reynolds 853 has slightly higher tensile strength as compared with nivacrom but the difference is minimal. The ride of the frame will be much more enfluenced by the builders selection of tubing diameter, wall thickness, joinery and overall design than as compared to the label on tubeset.
