I did what you suggested, when i first started messing with the setup of the handle bars a couple weeks ago i had lowered the brakes and shifters about 45deg lower then when i got the bike from my dad, but when i actually looked at my wrists just now i can see that they still werent low enough, I dropped them another 30ish degrees. I dont do the death grip though haha
