well, maybe. so far it isn't so bad and folks have been mostly respectful. It would be good if it touched the other article a bit more...why would a school deem it against the rules to ride to school? My son's school has a bike rack.
Im sure its a liability thing. A kid on a bike gets mowed down by a bus and the parent sues the school for not having proper bike lanes. Or the kids bike gets stolen and the parents run to the principal complaining that they dont have adequate storage.
