Bikes: Old ones.

Those little screws you see sticking out the sides, turn the one in a bit on the side that doesn't move back as far, and loosen the other side a bit. Keep playing with them until they back off to equal amounts. This is assuming your wheel is sitting in the fork properly and not cocked off a little bit.
