Did you guys catch that heatwave a few days ago? That was literally DANGEROUS, with the temp at 100 WITHOUT the heat index. I work construction, and commute by bike, so I was out in it. I started noticing my favorite shirts were getting looser. I weighed myself and found that I'd lost ten or fifteen pounds in the last couple weeks. Had to be the heat. Of course, I lose my appetite when it's extremely hot like that.
