I think Asana did a tour and Mtb race with them. Schwalbe's website shows it only in 26" but his wheels are 700c. The Specialized Borough pro would be a bit lighter, I'm guessing the ride would be softer.
Quickness/acceleration is still a function of power to weight starting with an unloaded bike.
