I don't have a schedule, but what I think you need is to keep the intensity low or limit high intensity work to one day per week, start doing two long (as in, 5+ hour) rides per week three days apart, and start bringing them closer together every week or two.
For example
Week 1,2: Saturday - long, Sunday - short, Tuesday - long, Thursday - short
Week 3,4: Saturday - long, Sunday - short, Monday - long, Thursday - short
Week 5,6: Saturday - long, Sunday - long, Tuesday - short, Thursday - short
