Hey guys,

Have any of you done the $100 bike fitting at Helen's Cycles? I'm still a noob and would like to get the bike set up properly. I've done a ton of research and my set-up is decent now, but I still feel some pain in my left outer knee after a ride. Maybe it's just the cleat set-up...
