If you're paying for it at Helen's, make sure it's Nate Loyal that does it. I got a free custom fitting from Helens a few years ago - but bought a crazy-expensive bike at the same time. The salesguy who did my fit moved out of the area; but I did have Nate make me some custom insoles. He's the best!
I don't think Nate works for Helen's. He is still an independent contractor who uses their upstairs facilities to do fittings.
