Today I decided to ride my 3 speed cruiser, since I was bored and have nothing else to do (and no other bikes at my parents house). This is not a very bike friendly town, cars were getting really close to me (ignoring the 4 foot passing law in PA) and honking. Its really annoying, but I'm used to it I guess, thats just how the people are around here.

The funniest (sort of) thing was while I was riding past the little league baseball fields. A small boy, 8-9 years old, was so bewildered that there was a bicycle riding down the street, that he gazed at me and kept walking... into the street, and an SUV almost nailed him. Its saddening that a kid would be so bewildered at an adult on a bicycle that this could happen.

You would have thought I was riding on a unicorn.
