What would you do?

So im waiting for a frame in the mail that should have been here over a week ago. I've been in contact with the seller and it all adds up to being a problem with USPS. If the frame isn't here by tuesday it will be considered lost by the USPS and i will probably get a refund. Since i knew it was comming in the mail i started collecting the parts for it and sold my mtb to a friend. Im now riding his fixie as a loaner. It doesn't really fit and its kind of a pain to deal with. I have a bunch of really nice stuff waitng to put on this frame.
The problem is i got a deal, (frame/ carbon fork/bb all new for $300). And for that amount i can't really get another f/f of the same quality with 120 rear spacing and 1 1/8th headtube. I ride everywhere i go, and i can't ride the loaner for too much longer. My options are to sell all the parts i had waiting(miche cranks, ck headset, phils/cxp33's) and put that together with the refund and just buy a used roadbike that fits and get another fixie later. Or try to troll around ebay for a frame and ride the loaner until i find one.
This whole situation has me really bummed. Don't ask what frame or what seller because none of that really matters. The frame was shipped priority mail and now the post office doesnt know where it is.
