PI is always my go-to brand for cycling clothes because they usually are spot-on for comfy and cute womens specific stuff, and their sizing is very accurate. I recently upgraded to the PI Pro "Intercool" (or In-R-Cool) shorts and they are AMAZING. The chamois fits and feels great, the materials are soft and high quality, and they're super cute. I accidentally fell asleep with them on and I still felt comfortable the next morning, after having worn them for about 11 hours straight. Amazon has these shorts for about $100 shipped, $50 less than MSRP. Honestly it is worth the investment, especially if you want your lady to actually enjoy her shorts rather than just tolerating them. I also have the PI Pro full-zip jersey, which comes in a ton of colors/patterns (mine is black with cherry blossoms) and I'm in love with it.
