Erm an older style heavy bike with under inflated rear tyre and inability to free wheel. Too small a frame with handle bars and seat not set up properly. 5 miles this morning like this was too much for me. Same journey 2 days ago on my bike no problem could chat to my companion but this morning I couldn't speak.

Today I wanted to give the bike away 1/2 way and get the bus.
