Ive never loaded pics so unfortunatly I can't do it. Just imagine the bike is on the ground and you are looking straight down onto the derailler. The inner right side is rubbing against the tire.
There is clearance and there is clearance. Chainstay clearance does not necessarily translate to to clearance elsewhere. Raising the FD a significant amount will hose shifting. Maybe the derailer is mal aligned laterally?
