dish your wheel or go back to smaller tires. I had this happen when my bike was brand new in first gear only. The reason was that my wheel was dished to allow use of an 8 inch rotor so it pushed it too close to the derailler and it rubbed....very annoying doing 45 minute first gear climbs with a fart noise the whole time. I ditched the 8 inch rotor for a 6 and brought the wheel back to center and its good to go.

Why do you want such big tires? Id go smaller then whats on my bike now if I wasnt such a ******...the weight on the tires seems to make a noticeable difference in climbing.
