The Draft Lite should not be causing you much more discomfort than what your previous bike did. I don't know what year Draft Lite you have, nor the history of all of them, but I see the newer ones have riser bars on them - does yours, or are the regular flat bars? What I'm getting at is that if you are feeling alot of jarring in your hands and wrists that you probably have too much weight on them. Are your bars lower than your saddle or higher. My bet is that they are lower, thus creating more pressure on your hands and wrists. A picture of your current bike setup would surely help for us all to see...
