For bottoms, the basketball practice style shorts by Nike, Adidas, Russell or And1. These have pockets, made of moisture wicking fabrics. Match them up with lightweight moisture wicking runner style tops, something like what new balance or nike has as well. Places like Ross & Marshalls carry them and are under $ 10 for the tops. Russell Athletic tops and bottoms are comparable and inexpensive as well. I like the soccer tops made by Puma, Nike & Adidas, but those can be more expensive, even at Ross & Marshalls. I wear a cheap t-shirt underneath the top even in the summers here in Miami, FL and don't overheat. The sweat soaks the t-shirt and t-shirt catches the chemicals from deodorants. The other top breathes and looks cleaner.
