Hi Rudi, I converted a single speed "track" Bikes Direct bike to a 3 speed IGH, and it was easy and simple to do:



And I recently built up a 1978 Raleigh Competition GS which came to me with none of its original parts with a 5-Speed IGH. This is now my main city bike. Sorry for the bad pic, but you get the idea:
